To generate an accurate natal chart, you'll need the following information:

Required Information:

• Full Name - Your complete birth name(optional)
• Birth Date - Your exact date of birth (day, month, year)
• Birth Time - Your exact time of birth (hour and minute in 24-hour format)
  • Note: Accurate birth time is crucial for calculating your Rising Sign and house placements
• Birth Place - Your exact city or location of birth
  • The app will help you search for your location and automatically calculate coordinates and timezone
• Gender - Required for certain astrological calculations(optional)

If you haven't received your verification email after signing up, try these steps:

1. Check your spam/junk folder - Sometimes verification emails are filtered incorrectly
2. Wait a few minutes - Email delivery can sometimes be delayed; wait 5-10 minutes and refresh your inbox

Yes! Nepjune offers flexible privacy options for your posts:

Two types of posts:

1. Private Posts (Friends Only) 🔒

• Only visible to users you've added as friends
• Perfect for personal astrological insights, birth chart details, or intimate reflections
• Shown in the "Posts" tab on your profile
• Friends can like and comment on your private posts

2. Community Posts (Public) 🌍

• Visible to all Nepjune users
• Great for sharing general astrological knowledge, daily card pulls, or connecting with the wider community
• Shown in the "Community" tab on your profile and the Community feed
• All users can interact with your community posts

How to choose:

When creating a post, you'll see options to select either "Private" or "Community" before publishing. Choose the privacy level that feels right for what you're sharing!

If you need to delete your Nepjune account, follow these steps:

Step-by-Step Process:

1. Open the Nepjune app and ensure you're logged in
2. Go to your Profile tab (bottom navigation)
3. Tap the Settings icon (gear icon in top right)
4. Select Account Settings
5. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
6. Read the deletion warning carefully
7. Enter your password to confirm your identity
8. Tap Confirm Deletion

Security Requirement:

For your protection, you'll need to verify your current password before we can process account deletion. This ensures only you can delete your account.

Important Notes:

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• You'll have a chance to review what will be deleted before confirming

When you delete your Nepjune account, here's exactly what happens to your data:

Deleted Immediately:

• Your user profile (username, bio, profile picture)
• All private posts you've created
• All community posts you've created
• Comments and interactions on posts
• Friend connections and friend requests
• Private messages (sent and received)
• Your natal chart and birth data (fully encrypted)
• Sun, moon, and rising sign information
• Notification preferences
• Account credentials (email and password)

Timeline:

• Immediate: Your account is deactivated and becomes inaccessible
• Within 30 days: All your data is permanently deleted from our database

What We Keep (Legal Compliance Only):

• Minimal anonymous data for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and security purposes
• No personally identifiable information is retained
• Report logs (if your account was involved in safety reports - anonymized)

What Cannot Be Deleted:

• Content that other users saved externally (screenshots, etc.) - we have no control over this
• Aggregated, anonymized analytics data that doesn't identify you personally

Your Rights:

Under GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of your data before deletion (contact support@nepjune.com)

1. Find the post you want to report

What Happens Next:

• Your report is confidential - The reported user/poster will NOT know who reported them
• Our team reviews all reports - Usually within 24-48 hours
• Action may be taken - Depending on the severity, we may warn, suspend, or permanently ban violators
• You'll be protected - We take reports seriously and act to keep our community safe

• Go to their profile → Three dots menu → "Block User"
• You won't see each other's content or be able to message
• Blocking is immediate and private
